Shop with confidence. If your Prada frames aren’t a perfect fit, our returns process is designed to be simple and transparent.

  • Items must be unworn, with tags, case, box, and demo lens film intact
  • Custom/prescription lenses are non-refundable (frame value refundable if unused)
  • Prepaid return labels available for most US orders

Return Window & Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date shown by the carrier.
  • Return authorization (RMA) is required prior to sending items back.
  • Products must be purchased directly from pradareadingglasses.com.

Condition Requirements

To qualify for a refund or exchange, items must be:

  • Unworn and free from scratches, adjustments, or signs of use
  • Returned with all original components: case, box, outer sleeve, cleaning cloth, booklets, authenticity cards
  • Security tags, barcodes, and protective film on demo lenses intact

Missing accessories or packaging may result in a partial refund or a restocking deduction of up to 15%.

Non-returnable Items

  • Custom or prescription lenses once cut and installed (defects excepted)
  • Final Sale or marked-down items where noted on the product page
  • Gift cards and store credit
  • Items returned after the 30-day window without prior approval

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are processed once the original item is scanned in transit or received at our facility.
  • Prefer a faster swap? Place a new order and we will refund the original upon return.
  • Price differences between items may be charged or refunded accordingly.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Inspection typically takes 2–5 business days from receipt; banks may require an additional 3–10 business days to post funds.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • If you return a full pair with custom lenses, the frame portion is refundable; lens charges are non-refundable unless defective.

Return Shipping Labels

  • United States: Prepaid label provided for most orders; a flat $9.95 may be deducted from your refund for return shipping on orders under $150.
  • Orders $150+ may receive a complimentary return label within the 30-day window.
  • International: Customers are responsible for return shipping; duties and taxes are non-refundable. We can provide documentation to assist your claim with local authorities where applicable.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

  • Report any transit damage, defects, or incorrect shipments within 7 days of delivery.
  • Include photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label for faster resolution.
  • We will replace, repair, or refund and provide a prepaid return label for approved cases.

International Returns

  • Return shipping and any import fees are the responsibility of the customer.
  • We recommend a tracked, insured service and original packaging for protection.
  • Refunds are processed in USD; your bank may apply exchange rate differences.

Prescription Lenses & Customizations

  • Prescription and custom lenses are made-to-order and non-refundable once cut.
  • If returning a complete pair, the frame portion is refundable if unused; lens costs are non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing error.
  • If your prescription lenses feel off, contact us within 30 days—most issues can be resolved with verification or remake options.

Gifts, Bundles, and Promotions

  • Gift returns with proof of purchase may be issued as store credit to the recipient.
  • Promotional items or freebies must be returned with the qualifying order; otherwise, their value may be deducted from the refund.
  • Price adjustments may be requested within 7 days if we reduce the price of the same item in the same color.

Packaging Your Return

  • Place the eyewear in its protective case, then into the original branded box and outer carton where possible.
  • Include the RMA number on the outside of the shipping box (not the product packaging).
  • Use sufficient cushioning and insure the shipment to cover the value.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • First check with your bank or card issuer; posting times vary.
  • If 10 business days have passed since our confirmation and funds are not received, contact us for assistance.

Start a Return

  1. Email [email protected] with your order number, reason for return, and photos if relevant.
  2. Receive your RMA and return instructions (and a prepaid label if eligible).
  3. Securely package the item and ship within 7 days of RMA approval.

Important: Do not ship returns to our office address without an RMA. Approved returns will receive the correct warehouse address.

Can I try frames and return them?

Yes—handle with care and keep all packaging intact. Frames showing wear, adjustments, or lens scratches may incur a deduction.

What if I need a different size or color?

Request an exchange when you start your return, or place a new order for fastest delivery.

Do you price match after purchase?

We offer a 7-day price adjustment if we reduce the price of the same item. Third‑party price matching is not offered.
