1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of pradareadingglasses.com (the “Site”) and any purchases made through the Site. By visiting or using the Site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Site.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering a legally binding agreement to make purchases on the Site. If you create an account (where available), you are responsible for maintaining its confidentiality and for all activities under your credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Product Information & Accuracy

We aim to present current and accurate information on frames, colors, fit, materials, and lens options, similar in detail to leading eyewear retailers. However, product images may vary by lighting or screen, and specifications may change without notice. Measurements are approximate. If you have questions about a product, contact us before ordering.

4. Orders, Acceptance & Payments

• Placing an order constitutes an offer to buy. We may accept, reject, or limit quantities at our discretion (including for suspected fraud or pricing errors). Order confirmation acknowledges receipt but is not acceptance until we dispatch your order.
• We accept major payment methods as displayed at checkout. By providing a payment method, you represent that you are authorized to use it and authorize us (or our payment processor) to charge the order total, including applicable taxes and shipping.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping options, costs, and estimated delivery times are described on our Shipping Information page. Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the address you provide. Please inspect your package upon arrival and report shipping damage to us within 48 hours.

7. Returns & Exchanges

Our return windows, conditions, and steps are detailed in our Refund & Returns Policy. Items must be returned in original condition with any accessories, lens cases, and packaging unless otherwise stated.

8. Warranty & Defects

Frames and lenses are warranted against manufacturing defects for the period stated on the product page or as required by law. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, improper use, or unauthorized repairs. If you believe your product is defective, contact us with photos and your order number for assistance.

9. Optical & Health Disclaimer
